James Weaver
President, Gordon and Mary Cain Foundation

Mr. Weaver currently serves as President of the Gordon and Mary Cain Foundation, a leading Texas philanthropic organization supporting science, education and the arts. He also serves on the Boards of the Houston Museum of Natural Science, the Rotary Club of Houston Foundation, and the University of Houston Downtown President’s Advisory Council. He served as Chairman of the Board of the Houston Museum of Natural Science during 2000 and as President of the Houston Rotary Club from 1994 to 1995. Mr. Weaver received an M.F.A. degree from Syracuse University and a B.A. from the University of Houston.
