John Schaumberg
Senior Vice-President, Clinical Operations

Dr. Schaumberg joined Agennix as Senior Vice President, Clinical Operations in November 2007. Dr. Schaumberg brings more than 25 years of diversified drug development expertise to Agennix, including experience with global pharmaceutical organizations, biotechnology companies and clinical research organizations. Prior to joining Agennix, Dr. Schaumberg was Senior Vice President, Global Clinical Operations, for PRA International, where he oversaw a global clinical organization of approximately 1200 staff providing clinical services to biotechnology and pharmaceutical companies. Prior to PRA International, Dr. Schaumberg was Vice President, Clinical Operations for Inveresk, where he directed North American operations in the areas of project management, clinical monitoring and clinical call center support. Prior to Inveresk, he held a variety of clinical development and project management roles with Glaxo, Parke-Davis and Valentis. Dr. Schaumberg received his Ph. D. from the University of Iowa in Medicinal Chemistry and Natural Products, and his B. Pharm. from Washington State University.
