Dr. Ismail joined Agennix as a Consultant in June 2005 and moved into the Manager’s position in the following year. Prior to joining Agennix, Dr. Ismail had pursued an entrepreneurial venture and graduated from the Executive MBA program at Rice University. She was also involved with breast cancer research at Baylor College of Medicine and M.D. Anderson Cancer Center. Dr. Ismail is actively involved with the Biomedical Technology Club of Houston and Houston Technology Center. She has a Ph.D. in Life Sciences from University of Hyderabad, India.
