Rick G. Barsky

Rick Barsky joined Agennix as CEO in August of 2000. Before joining Agennix, Mr. Barsky co-founded two successful companies — a solar photovoltaic company, which he served as Co-Chairman and Co-CEO, and a wind energy company, which he served as Vice Chairman. These two companies were profitably sold to British Petroleum and General Electric, respectively. Previously, Mr. Barsky was a trial lawyer at Fulbright & Jaworski in Houston and was general counsel of American First Run Studios in Los Angeles. He received a B.A. in economics from University of California, San Diego (UCSD), a law degree from Hastings College of Law (University of California, San Francisco [UCSF]), and an M.B.A. from the Wharton School (University of Pennsylvania) where he graduated a Palmer Scholar.
