Rob van Leen, Ph.D.

Dr. van Leen has held a series of positions of increasing responsibility at DSM and Gist-brocades over the past 19 years, leading to his current position as DSM's Chief Innovation Officer. In addition to his proven track record in business, Dr. van Leen brings to Agennix an extensive scientific background in biology, molecular virology and heterologous gene expression. He received his master's degree in Biologics from the University of Utrecht and his doctorate in Mathematics and Physics from the University of Nijmegen in the Netherlands. He also holds an MBA from Nyenrode University.
